Cuisine: Traditional Mexican Food

”Taqueria proudly offers an extensive array of authentic Mexican cuisine. Each meal is meticulously prepared. We provide a sampling of our Mexican culinary traditions for everyone to savor. From gorditas (small corn pockets filled with meat) to substantial burritos, huaraches, and street tacos!”

(A huaraches is a traditional Mexican dish made from masa dough, shaped like an oblong tortilla, and typically topped with various ingredients such as refried beans, meat, onions, cheese, and salsa. The name “huarache” also refers to the shape of the dish, which resembles the traditional Mexican sandals of the same name. Huaraches are popular as street food in Mexico and have gained recognition in Mexican restaurants worldwide.)

Cuisine: American, Pub Food

Textile is a Community Created Brewery in the heart of Downtown Dyersville, IA. The building was built in 1908 as a Gasoline Engine Factory and then lived as a sewing factory from 1910 to 2017!

All of our beers are brewed right downstairs in our basement brewhouse, and they’re exclusive to our taproom and a few select spots in Iowa. From hop-forward ales to smooth stouts, each pour pairs perfectly with our signature Bavarian pretzel bites or flatbreads (with a gluten-free option available).

Food menu includes Massive Bavarian Pretzels, Pretzel Bites, Flatbreads (cauliflower gluten-free option is wonderful), and Beer Cheese Nachos (can substitute other cheese for Beer cheese if preferred).
